Focuses on how organizations capture, maintain, and transfer critical process safety knowledge — especially relevant with workforce turnover and personnel/MOC issues.

Guidelines for Process Safety in Outsourced Manufacturing, 2nd Edition
by Center for Chemical Process Safety (CCPS)
Addresses process safety when working with contractors and third-party manufacturers — a growing area with clear MOC and oversight challenges.

Process Safety: A Practical Guide
by Frank Crawley and Ian Scott
A straightforward, practitioner-focused book aimed at early-career engineers and those wanting a strong practical background in process safety.

Process Safety Management (PSM) and HSE Incidents
by Ed Dumalo and Alessandro Demarco
This book is built on real incidents, real people, and real consequences — spanning both occupational safety and process safety.
